I would like to thank the web host spry.com for enforcing the DMCA and requiring your user to remove copyrighted material.
This is in response to your comment that I happen to catch in my spam filter. Not sure if your registrar or host forwarded you my complaint since I’m unable to contact you directly due to invalid WHOIS information (ICANN contacted already and your registrar is beginning a WDRP – whois data reminder policy) against findfrenzy.net

You fail to see the point here. First of all an RSS feed does not give you the right to steal content from other people’s websites and re-post it on your spamvertised blog especially with no clear indication that a) the content is syndicated and b) that you have permission to post. And you do not have any rights to post my content. Secondly, what webmaster in their right mind would want to have link-backs from your website. There is no room for spamvertised blogs on the net they are simply a waste of space and serve no purpose. The sole purpose of your website is to direct people to the “store” link you have and you use other people’s content to accomplish this.
I invite you to refer to the DMCA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Millennium_Copyright_Act) which is in place to protect our rights over digital media. I’ve already begun whatever is needed and am in correspondance with both your registrar and your host regarding the unauthorized posting of my content and the thousnads of other bloggers, as well as for the invalid WHOIS information you currently have for you domain, whether intentional or not is still against ICANN regulations.
Do us all a favour will ya? Kill the site or kill yourself, either works for me.

I’m not on that guy’s side,but he is right about that,but of course you are right about copyright. And, to tell you the truth, there are too many splogs,automated video blogs etc,so don’t bother with that.
